| 建设海洋强国是中国特色社会主义事业的重要组成部分,新时代加快海洋强国建设必须提高中华民族的海洋文化自信。海洋文化自信的生成有其客观的规律,作为新时代加快建设海洋强国的本质要求,海洋文化的繁荣兴盛是海洋文化自信生成的前提,中华民族海洋文化深厚的历史根基、中国共产党的坚强领导和新时代的良好时代机遇是海洋文化自信生成的条件。新时代海洋文化自信的生成应在加快海洋强国建设战略目标的基础之上,通过创造性转化和创新性发展,实现海洋科技文化自信、海洋经济文化自信、海洋生态文化自信和海洋安全文化自信。 |

| The construction of maritime power is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To accelerate the construction of maritime power in the new era, we must realize the high level of marine cultural confidence. There is an objective rule for the generation of marine cultural confidence.The prosperity of the marine culture is the prerequisite for the formation of the marine cultural confidence,which is the essential requirement for accelerating the construction of maritime power in the new era.The profound historical foundation of Chinese national marine culture, the strong leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and the good times of the new era are the conditions for the marine cultural confidence.A high level of marine cultural confidence is built on the foundation of the strategic goals of the maritime power, that is, to achieve the confidence of marine science and technology, marine ecological culture, marine economical culture and marine safety culture by creative transformation and innovative development. |
