| 政府主导型会展是提升城市形象、增进城市世界对接度的重要活动,对体现城市发展水平的房地产行业具有一定影响。研究表明,青岛市政府承办的2014年世界园艺博览会对周边区域的经济、社会文化、服务设施、环境等均有中等程度以上的改善,对周边区域房地产增值产生了一定的带动作用,但同时也出现了交通拥挤的问题。因此,要进一步发挥青岛政府主导型会展对房地产行业和城市发展的提升作用,应重视会展行业发展、优化当地产业结构、做好防止交通拥挤规划,进而扩大政府主导型会展的影响力。 |

| Abstract: |
| The government-led exhibition is an important activity to enhance the image of the city and the connection between the city and the world. The impact on the real estate industry that reflects the level of urban development is particularly prominent. Research shows that the 2014 World Horticultural Exposition contracted by the Qingdao Municipal Government has improved the economy, social culture, service facilities, and environment of the surrounding areas by a moderate degree or more. It has brought about a certain leading role in real estate appreciation in the surrounding areas,but traffic congestion has also emerged. Therefore, to further promote the role of the Qingdao government-led exhibition in promoting the real estate industry and urban development, attention should be paid to the development of the exhibition industry, the optimization of the local industrial structure, and the establishment of traffic congestion prevention plans, so as to expand the influence of the government 's leading exhibition. |
