| 中国共产党一贯重视党的建设总体布局。改革开放以来,党的建设总体布局经历了从“三大建设”“四大建设”“五大建设”到“5+2”新要素构成的演变;制度建设、反腐倡廉建设、政治建设、纪律建设先后纳入党的建设总体布局。改革开放以来党的建设总体布局演变发展的启示是:坚持顶层设计,不断推进党的建设伟大工程;坚持问题导向,不断调整党的建设总体布局;坚持与时俱进,不断丰富发展党的建设总体布局。 |

| The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the overall layout of party building. Since the reform and opening up, the overall layout of the Party 's construction has undergone the evolution from "three major constructions", "four major constructions", "five major constructions" to "5+2" new elements. Institution building, anti-corruption building, political building, discipline building, etc. have been incorporated into the overall layout of party building. The implications of the evolution and development of the overall layout of party building since the reform and opening up are:insisting on the top-level design and constantly promoting the great project of party building; insisting on the problem-orientationand constantly adjusting the overall layout of party building; insisting on keeping pace with the times and constantly enriching and developing the overall layout of party building. |
