| 基于经济增长、产业转型和节能减排三个视角,构建绿色金融与经济可持续发展之间关系的理论分析框架,并利用中国30个省际面板数据进行实证分析。研究发现,无论是从全国总体上还是分三大地区来看,绿色金融对经济可持续发展的经济增长效应、产业转型效应和节能减排效应均为正,即绿色金融的发展通过促进中国经济的增长、产业结构的转型升级以及通过节能减排引导低碳经济,进而推动经济的可持续发展。为此,应采取积极培育绿色金融实力、大力推动东部地区产业结构的绿色转型升级、以碳金融助推东部地区低碳经济的发展等对策来促进中国经济的可持续发展。 |

| Based on the three perspectives of economic growth, industrial transformation and low-carbon environmental protection, this paper builds a theoretical framework for the relationship of green finance and sustainable development of economy, and uses China 's 30 provincial panel data for empirical analysis. The conclusion is that whether viewed from the whole country or three regions, the economic growth effect, industrial transformation effect and the low-carbon environmental protection effect of green finance on sustainable development of economy are positive. That is to say, the development of green finance has promoted the sustainable development of economy by accelerating the growth of China 's economy, the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and through energy conservation and emission reduction to lead low-carbon economy.Therefore,we should actively cultivate green financial strength, vigorously promote the green transformation of the industrial structure in the east, and use carbon finance to boost the development of low carbon economy in eastern China to promote the sustainable development of economy. |
