| 钱钟书的《管锥编·史记会注考证》以日本人泷川资言的《史记会注考证》为论述标本,探讨了有关《史记》的诸多问题。他对《史记》史学地位的肯定、对《史记》编排有失协调问题的揭示、对司马迁天命观之矛盾的诠解、对《史记》深意的挖掘以及对《史记》文学性的探讨等,对今天的《史记》研究具有重要的参考价值和启示意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| Qian Zhongshu studied many important problems of Shiji when he discussed Shiji Huizhu Kaozheng in his famous academic work Guanzhuibian. He affirmed the lofty status of Shiji in Chinese history, revealed the problems in the layout of Shiji, and explained the contradiction of Sima Qian 's fate view. Besides, he pointed out the inwardness and the literary value of Shiji. Mr Qian 's studies have direct reference value to today 's research. |
