| 黄河入海既是自然风光,又是文化融合,不仅属于入海之地——东营,而且属于整个黄河流域,是中华民族的精神凝聚和情感归宿。黄河入海文化旅游开发是沿黄地区的共同责任,沿黄地区应从观念、战略、机制、措施等方面强化跨区合作,把黄河入海纳入沿黄旅游的关键节点来对待,以期抓住两头带动中间,形成整体,互促共赢。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Yellow River joining the sea is both a natural and cultural view. It belongs not only to Dongying, the land where it joins the sea, but also to the entire Yellow River Region. It is an emblem that coheres the Chinese national spirit and sentiments of Chinese people. The development of cultural tourism in the Yellow River estuary is the common responsibility of all areas along the Yellow River. Efforts shall be made to strengthen cross-regional cooperation from the perspectives of concepts, strategies, mechanisms, measures, etc., and take the Yellow River joining the sea as a key in the Yellow River tourism so as to promote the overall development of the areas along the Yellow River. |
