| Xi Jinping 's risk prevention concept has a clear historical context. It starts from the ideological accumulation of seven years when Xi Jinping was an educated youth in Liangjiahe and has achieved mature sublimation and gradually become broad and profound by the time when he took the helm of the "China" ship. Xi Jinping 's concept of risk prevention has a rich and profound core meaning. It is an inevitable choice to adapt to the international and domestic situations, maintain overall national security, improve people 's well-being, build a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Xi Jinping 's concept of risk prevention has added new content to Marxist risk theory, provided theoretical basis for winning the critical battle of major risk prevention, and Chinese wisdom for promoting global risk governance. It has extremely important theoretical and practical value. |
