| 《论语》首提“政者正也”,开启了以正训政的儒家政治建构思路。孔子论“正”主要由“正名”“正身”“正人”三方面切入。“正名”阐明政治体系的伦理规定性,框定了儒家政治建构的保守主义进路,同时传递出为政者应循名责实,为基于个体的“正身”及“正人”搭建起理论空间。“正身”以正名论构建出的伦理性政治体系为前提,经“克己复礼”及“仁者爱人”两条途径塑造政治角色的身之正,名实相符完善政治合法性的理论结构。“正人”则以忠恕之道为基,使得“名之正”的政治体系形成动态循环、“身之正”的政治角色产生动态关联,终达成以道德教化为旨归的政治目标。重回《论语》“以正训政”之理念及体系,可望为当前干部政德培育提供理论借鉴。 |

| A Study on "Politics Is Correction" in The Analects of Confucius and Its Contemporary Value |

| Politics is correction (zheng zhe zheng ye)" is first put forward in The Analects of Confucius and has opened the Confucian thought pattern of "Advancing Political Construction (政zheng) with Moral Correction (正zheng)". Confucius 's theory of Advancing Political Construction is mainly based on three aspects:Name-correction (正名zheng ming), Self-correction (正身zheng shen) and Others-correction (正人zheng ren). Name-correction clarifies the ethical prescriptiveness of the political system which stipulates the conservative approach of Confucian political construction, and at the same time, it implies that the politicians should be cautious and diligent. The discussion of Name-correction leaves a theoretical space for Self-correction and Others-correction. Self-correction is constructed through two ways of "To Be Self-Disciplined (ke ji fu li)" and "To Be Benevolent and Loving (ren zhe ai ren)", which strengthens the Name-correction of the political order. Others-correction is based on the path of Faithfulness (zhong) and Forgiveness (shu), which makes the political system dynamically cycled and the political roles dynamically related with moral correction as the final political goal. Returning to the concept and system of "Advancing Political Construction with Moral Correction" in The Analects of Confucius is expected to provide theoretical references for the cultivation of current cadres political ethics. |
