中国绿色全要素能源效率测算及影响因素研究——基于GML指数和面板数据固定效应模型的分析

摘要:
选取2005—2017年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用Global Malmquist-Luenberger指数对中国绿色全要素能源效率变化进行测算与分解,并利用固定效应模型回归分析中国绿色全要素能源效率的影响因素。结果表明:考察期内中国绿色全要素能源效率年均增长率为3.8%,东、中、西部地区年均增长率分别为4.5%、3.7%和3.1%,全国及各地区绿色全要素能源效率增长主要由技术进步推动,中西部地区与东部地区的绿色全要素能源效率差距正在逐渐缩小;经济发展水平、资本劳动比和科技发展水平对中国绿色全要素能源效率提升具有促进作用,政府干预程度、产业结构、环境污染及对外开放程度对中国绿色全要素能源效率提升具有抑制作用。

Research on China 's Green Total Factor Energy Efficiency Calculation and Influencing Factors:Based on the Analysis of GML Index and Panel Data Fixed Effect Model

Abstract:
This paper uses panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2017 and the Global Malmquist-Luenberger index to measure and decompose the changes in China 's green total factor energy efficiency, and uses a fixed-effects model to regress and analyze the influencing factors of China 's green total factor energy efficiency. The results are as follows:(1) During the inspection period, the average annual growth rate of China 's green total factor energy efficiency was 3.8%, and the average annual growth rates of the eastern, central and western regions were 4.5%, 3.7% and 3.1% respectively. The efficiency growth is mainly driven by technological progress, and the green total factor energy efficiency gap between the central and western regions and the eastern region is gradually narrowing. (2) The level of economic development, capital-labor ratio, and technological development have a positive effect on the improvement of China 's green total factor energy efficiency, and the degree of government intervention, industrial structure, environmental pollution and the degree of opening up have a restraining effect on the improvement of China 's green total factor energy efficiency.
