| 基于区位熵值高于0.1的20个资源型地区2005—2016年的面板数据,利用两步系统GMM估计、中介效应分析,构建面板数据计量模型,实证分析环境规制、资源依赖性对资源型地区经济增长的直接和间接传导效应。结果表明:环境规制与资源型地区经济增长呈“N”型曲线关系,资源依赖性能直接显著阻碍地区经济增长;资源型地区环境规制未进入成熟阶段时,资源依赖性是环境规制影响经济增长的中介变量, 环境规制强度达到0.641 8时开始抑制经济增长,对资源依赖性仍是发挥促进作用,当强度达到0.839 8时,经济增长与资源依赖性均与环境规制呈负向关系;环境规制主要通过对人力资本和技术创新的显著促进效应,来削弱资源型地区资源依赖性产生的挤出效应,间接补偿经济增长。 |

| Based on the panel data of 20 resource-based regions with location entropy higher than 0.1 from 2005 to 2016, a panel data measurement model is constructed by using two-step system GMM estimation, mediation effect analysis and other methods to empirically analyze the direct and indirect conduction effects of environmental regulations and resource dependence on economic growth in the region. The results show that the relationship between environmental regulation and economic growth in resource-based regions is in an "N" curve, and that resource dependence directly hinders regional economic growth. When environmental regulations in resource-based regions have not yet entered the mature stage, resource dependence is an intermediary variable of environmental regulation affecting economic growth. When the intensity of environmental regulation reached 0.6481, it began to inhibit regional economic growth and still played a role in promoting resource dependence. When the intensity reached 0.8398, both economic growth and resource dependence had a negative relationship with environmental regulations. Environmental regulation mainly weakens the crowding-out effect caused by resource dependence in resource-based regions by significantly promoting human capital and technological innovation, and indirectly compensates for economic growth. |
