| 从批评话语分析视角,借鉴费尔克劳的话语分析模型,采取文本分析—社会语境分析—话语实践分析的框架,利用语料分析软件Antconc (3.5.8),重点探析俄罗斯现有4版《能源战略》的词汇变化与社会成因。俄罗斯能源战略制定逐渐凸显清洁能源内容、不断增加技术与人才的话语设定、持续提高区域发展与亚太合作话语分量,突出维护国家能源安全和促进经济发展的目标,不断强化技术创新、人才培养与国际合作对能源发展和能源安全保障的作用。俄罗斯能源战略不仅同其他话语在能源安全、高新技术和人才的内容上存在内在的互动性,而且其演变内容也为中俄在清洁能源技术发展与产业化、能源安全互信、科研人员交流与复合人才培养等方面合作提供了可能性空间。 |

| The Evolution of Russia 's Energy Strategy and Opportunities for Energy Cooperation Between China and Russia from the Perspective of Critical Discourse Analysis |

| This article focuses on the analysis of the vocabulary changes and social causes of four energy strategies of the Russian Federation from the perspective of critical discourse analysis. The text analysis process uses the analysis framework of text analysis-social context analysis-discourse practice based on Fairclough 's discourse analysis model, and uses the software Antconc (3.5.8) for corpus analysis. The formulation of the Russian energy strategy gradually increases the content of clean energy, technology and talents, regional development and Asia-Pacific cooperation, and highlights the country 's goal of maintaining energy security and promoting internal economic development. It continuously strengthens the role of technological innovation, talent training and international cooperation in energy development and energy security. While energy strategy has interaction with other discourses in terms of energy security, high-tech and talents, its evolution content promotes cooperation in the development and industrialization of clean energy technology between China and Russia, mutual trust of energy security, scientific research personnel exchanges and compound talents. |
