| 当前城市圈建设成为区域发展的重要依托,如何加强城市间的空间联系、促进区域一体化发展成为区域研究中的热点问题。基于改进的引力模型和潜力模型,对2010—2018年山东省各城市间经济相互作用演变规律进行分析,结果表明:按照地理分布和经济依赖特征,可将山东省划分为中部以济南为中心的具有单向要素集聚特征的高经济联系度城市圈、东部以青岛为中心的具有双向要素集聚特征的中经济联系度城市圈和西南部“抱团取暖”的发展水平较为落后的低经济联系度城市圈,印证了山东省构建“一群两心三圈”空间格局的科学性。此外,利用空间自相关方法对山东省经济空间集聚性进行分析发现,山东省全局范围内经济集聚性不显著,区域一体化水平较低。由此提出由中心城市带动城市圈组团发展、三圈联动促进区域一体化协同发展的对策建议。 |

| An Analysis of the Evolution of Economic Spatial Structure of Shandong Province under the Background of Urban Circle |

| At present, the construction of urban agglomeration has become an important support for regional development. How to strengthen the spatial connection between cities and promote the development of regional integration has become a hot issue in regional research. Based on the improved gravity model and potential model, this paper analyzes the evolution law of economic interaction among cities in Shandong Province from 2010 to 2018. The results show that Shandong Province can be divided into three urban circles according to geographical distribution conditions and economic dependence characteristics. The city circle with a high degree of economic connection in the middle of Shandong Province, with Jinan as the center, has the characteristics of one-way element agglomeration. The middle-economy-connected city circle in the east has a two-way agglomeration feature with Qingdao as the center. The economic development of southwestern cities is relatively backward, forming a city circle with a low degree of economic connection. This division of the spatial pattern confirms the scientific nature of "a group of two hearts and three circles" policy of Shandong Province. In addition, by using the spatial autocorrelation method to analyze the economic spatial agglomeration of Shandong Province, it is found that the economic agglomeration of Shandong Province is not significant on a global scale, and that the level of regional integration is low. Based on the above analysis, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for promoting the development of the urban circle by the central city and the interaction of the three circles to promote the coordinated development of regional integration. |
