| 党的十八大以来,习近平针对中国特色社会主义文化建设事业提出一系列新思想、新观点、新论断,其立意高远、逻辑清晰、内容丰富。这些论述体现出鲜明的继承性、突出的开放性、深邃的科学性、伟大的实践性等理论品质,包含根本任务、政治保障、基本原则、发展动力、建设主体等内容实质,蕴含着高瞻远瞩的战略思维、开拓进取的创新思维、建章立制的法治思维、主次分明的辩证思维和防患于未然的底线思维等科学的思维特质,对推进新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设具有重要的指导意义。 |

| The Qualitative Orientation of Xi Jinping 's Important Discourse on Cultural Construction |

| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new thoughts, new views and new judgments for the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, which have a lofty conception, clear logic and rich content. These discourses reflect the theoretical qualities of being successive, open, scientific and practical, etc., and cover the essential contents including the basic task, political security, cardinal principles, developing momentum and construction subject, et al. They also embody the characteristics of scientific thinking, including the forward-looking strategic thinking, pioneering innovative thinking, legal thinking of institutional systems, dialectical thinking with clear priorities and the bottom line thinking of "prevention is better than cure". These discourses have important guiding significance for promoting the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era. |
