新型城镇化对绿色经济效率的影响研究——基于省际面板数据实证分析

摘要:
为评估新型城镇化对绿色经济效率的影响,基于我国30个省份2006—2018年的面板数据,构建新型城镇化指标体系计算我国各省的新型城镇化水平,采用基于非期望产出的SBM模型测算我国各省的绿色经济效率,然后利用向量自回归模型和空间杜宾模型,从时间和空间两个角度来分析我国各省新型城镇化对绿色经济效率的影响。研究结果显示:(1)从时间角度看,新型城镇化水平对绿色经济效率具有显著的正向影响,且这种正向影响具有持续性;(2)从空间角度看,引入地区间的相互作用,发现新型城镇化对绿色经济效率的影响存在空间效应,相邻地区的新型城镇化水平的提高有利于本地区绿色经济效率的提升。综合以上分析,得出相应的政策建议,在推动新型城镇化的过程中,提高绿色经济效率水平。

Space-Time Research on the Impact of New-type Urbanization on Green Economy Efficiency:Empirical Analysis Based on Inter-provincial Panel Data

Abstract:
In order to evaluate the impact of new-type urbanization on green economy efficiency, this paper constructs a new-type urbanization index system with the vector autoregressive model and spatial Dupin model in a space-and-time-wise approach to calculate the new urbanization level of each China province based on the 30 provincial panel data (2006-2018) and the undesirable output SBM model to measure each provincial green economy efficiency. The results show that:(1) time-wise, the new-type urbanization level impacts the green economy efficiency with both significantly positive and sustainable effects; (2) space-wise, with the new-type urbanization level there exists a spatial effect due to the interplay between provincial regions and the rising level in the neighboring regions contributes to the green economy efficiency. Relevant constructive suggestions are thereby proposed to enhance the green economy efficiency level in promoting the new-type urbanization.
