| 习近平强调的“把立德树人内化到大学建设和管理各领域、各方面、各环节”“把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观融入教书育人全过程”“把爱国主义贯穿教育和精神文明建设全过程”“把创新创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程”“把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程”“把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程”等一系列关于“全过程”育人的重要论述,表现出了鲜明的目的性、整体性、针对性等特征。这一系列重要论述给高校人才培养提供了价值引领和基本遵循,它昭示在时代新人培育过程中,高校要抓住全面提高人才培养能力的核心点,教师要树立育人为本的职业观,学生要坚守“有理想、有本领、有担当”的成才观。 |

| Connotations, Characteristics and Value Guidance of Xi Jinping 's Important Discourses on the "Whole Process" Education |

| Abstract: |
| Xi Jinping 's important discourses on a series of "whole process" education are characterized by purposiveness, wholeness and target-specificness. The theme of these discourses goes as below "internalizing moral education into all fields, aspects and links of university construction and management", "integrating the cultivation and practice of core socialist values into the whole process of teaching and educating people", "carrying out patriotism throughout the whole process of education and spiritual civilization construction", "innovation and entrepreneurship education running through the whole process of talent training", "integrating labor education into the whole process of personnel training". The series provide the underlying value guidance and adherence for university talent cultivation, stating that colleges and universities should keep to the predominant task of fostering the competences as the focus with teachers practicing the professional ethics of education and students fulfilling the talent goal of "having ideal, ability and responsibility". |
