| 在美国,对于气候变化是否是当今时代的最大危机存在观点差异。美国总统拜登的气候危机话语与前任总统特朗普的气候否定论和气候怀疑论话语形成鲜明对比。影响拜登气候危机话语的社会实践网络可以从纵向和横向两个维度分析,其中纵向社会实践网络包括他本人倾向自由主义的立场、民主党的政策取向、对于其他民主党总统的政策延续性；横向社会实践网络包括“绿色新政”的政治潮流、美国在国际社会以气候危机确立新的领导权的需要、联合国以及国际社会气候变化共识的发展。拜登气候危机话语模式符合等级制度主义者和平等主义者两个文化类型、“缺少全球规划”和“挥霍”两个故事框架。 |

| Abstract: |
| Americans are divided on whether climate change is the greatest crisis of our time. U.S. President Joe Biden 's climate crisis discourse is in sharp contrast to Former President Donald Trump 's climate change denial and climate change skepticism .The network of practice that affects Biden 's climate crisis discourse can be analyzed from two dimensions:vertical and horizontal. The vertical one includes his own liberal position, the policy orientation of the Democratic Party, and the policy continuity relative to other Democratic presidents. The horizontal entails the political trend of the "Green New Deal", the need for the United States to establish a new leadership in the international community through climate crisis, and the climate change consensus building by the United Nations and the international community. Biden 's climate crisis discourse model conforms to hierarchists and egalitarians identified by the cultural theory (CT) and the two story framworks of "lack of global planning" and "profligacy". |
