| 新型城镇化与生态韧性耦合协调推进可以助推青岛市融入黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略。构建反映“以人为本”特征的新型城镇化评价体系及反映“压力-状态-响应”的链式城市生态韧性评价体系,通过耦合协调度模型、协调影响力模型对青岛市新型城镇化与生态韧性的时空格局及二者的耦合协调类型与关键阻滞因素进行研究,结果显示:(1)青岛的新型城镇化水平保持在0.35~0.53之间,在沿黄地区中心城市中一直处于领先态势,但社会城镇化水平较低;(2)青岛的生态韧性整体水平在0.40~0.50之间,与沿黄地区中心城市间呈阶梯性差异,新型城镇化和生态韧性的耦合协调度呈现由低级向高级演化的态势,在沿黄地区中心城市中处于引领地位;(3)青岛的新型城镇化子系统中的空间城镇化起反向制约作用,经济城镇化起积极推动作用,生态压力起负向约束作用,生态响应起正向推动作用,而生态状态的作用呈现由负向阻滞向正向推动的转化;(4)财政实力、创新水平、产业结构优化等因素对青岛新型城镇化与生态韧性的耦合协调度具有显著的正向推动作用。 |

| The coordinated promotion of new-type urbanization and ecological resilience can help Qingdao integrate into the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River basin. This paper builds a new-type urbanization evaluation system that reflects the "people-oriented" characteristics and a chain-based urban ecological resilience evaluation system that reflects the "pressure-state-response" characteristics. Through the coupling coordination degree model and the coordination influence model, this paper investigates the spatial and temporal pattern, as well as the coupling and coordination type and the key blocking factors, of Qingdao 's new-type urbanization and ecological resilience. The results show that:(1)The level of Qingdao 's new-type urbanization remains between 0.35 and 0.53, and therefore Qingdao has always been in a leading position among the central cities along the Yellow River. However, the level of Qingdao 's social urbanization is relatively low. (2)The overall level of Qingdao 's ecological resilience is between 0.40 and 0.50, indicating a stepwise difference between Qingdao and the central cities along the Yellow River. Qingdao 's coupling and coordination degree between new-type urbanization and ecological resilience is evolving from a low level to a high level, and Qingdao is in a leading position among the central cities along the Yellow River; (3)In Qingdao 's new-type urbanization subsystem, spatial urbanization plays a reverse-constrained role, economic urbanization plays a positive role, ecological pressure plays a negative-constrained role, and ecological response plays a positive role. However, the impact of ecological state has shifted from negative blocking to positive promotion; (4)Factors such as financial strength, innovation level, and industrial structure optimization have a significant positive impact on the coupling and coordination degree between Qingdao 's new-type urbanization and ecological resilience. |
