能源供需均衡视域下区域能源安全研究——以中国30个省份为例

摘要:
为了准确定位中国区域能源安全现状和能源安全影响因素的内在机理,基于压力-状态模型对能源安全进行测算分析,选取人口密度等16个指标,运用评价值转换、综合评价值测算和协调度测算等方法研究中国区域能源安全问题。能源安全综合评价的结果显示,华北和西北地区能源安全状况居全国首列,华东和华南地区能源安全状况位居全国前列;能源安全子系统评价的结果显示,华北、西北地区能源安全压力明显高于其他地区;能源安全子系统的协调度显示,国内大部分地区的能源安全综合评价值同协调度评价值呈负相关态势,说明中国存在一定的能源安全风险问题。最后,根据结论提出立足区域资源优势、实施能源科技攻关、加强能源区域合作等建议。

Research on Regional Energy Security from the Perspective of Energy Supply and Demand Balance:Take 30 Provinces in China as an Example

Abstract:
In order to accurately analyze the current situation of regional energy security in China and the intrinsic mechanism of energy security 's influencing factors, this paper analyzes energy security based on the pressure-state model. It selects 16 indicators, such as population density, to study China 's regional energy security by applying methods such as evaluation value conversion, comprehensive evaluation value measurement and coordination degree measurement. The results of the comprehensive evaluation of energy security show that North and Northwest China rank among the top regions of the country in terms of energy security, followed closely by East and South China. The results of the energy security subsystem evaluation show that the pressure of energy security in North and Northwest China is significantly higher than that in other regions. The coordination degree of the energy security subsystem shows that the overall energy security evaluation value of most regions in China is negatively correlated with the coordination degree evaluation value, which indicates that China has certain energy security risk problems. Finally, according to the conclusion, the article proposes to implement energy science and technology research based on regional resource advantages, and strengthen regional cooperation in energy field.
