绿色信贷、绿色技术进步与区域碳排放

摘要:
剖析绿色信贷、绿色技术进步对碳排放的影响机制,探讨绿色技术进步的中介效应,对于实现我国经济绿色高质量发展具有重要意义。基于29个省份2009—2019年的面板数据,以绿色全要素生产率为绿色技术进步的代理变量,运用双向固定效应模型、Sobel中介因子模型、面板门槛模型实证检验了绿色信贷、绿色技术进步对碳排放的影响效应。研究发现:绿色信贷对碳排放具有显著的抑制作用;绿色技术进步在绿色信贷对碳排放的影响中存在显著的中介效应;绿色信贷对碳排放的抑制作用在西部地区强于东部地区,中部地区效果不显著;绿色信贷的碳减排效应存在边际效应递减的非线性特征。

Green Credit, Green Technological Progress and Regional Carbon Emissions

Abstract:
It is of great significance to analyze the influence mechanism of green credit and green technological progress on carbon emissions, and explore the mediating effect of green technological progress to realize the green and high-quality development of China 's economy. Based on the panel data of 29 provinces from 2009 to 2019, the effects of green credit and green technological progress on carbon emissions are empirically examined using the two-way fixed effect model, the Sobel intermediary factor model, and the panel threshold model, with green total factor productivity as the proxy variable for green technological progress. It is found that:green credit has a significant inhibitory effect on carbon emissions; green technological progress has a significant mediating effect in the influence of green credit on carbon emissions; the inhibitory effect of green credit on carbon emissions is stronger in the western region than in the eastern region, while the effect is not significant in the central region; and there is a non-linear characteristic of diminishing marginal effect in the carbon emission reduction effect of green credit.
