| 实现碳达峰碳中和是习近平生态文明思想的重要内容。党的十八大以来,习近平坚持统筹国内国际两个大局,将实现碳达峰碳中和放在十分重要的战略位置,围绕实现碳达峰碳中和发表了一系列重要论述,其中包含丰富且深厚的价值意蕴。这集中体现为:以深化认识人类社会发展规律为必然逻辑导向的理论创新价值；以统领实现碳达峰碳中和目标为应然逻辑导向的行动指南价值；以调整重塑全球环境治理体系为实然逻辑导向的世界引领价值。在全球碳减排进程中,这些重要论述不仅为我国完成最高的碳排放强度降幅、如期实现“双碳”目标提供了根本遵循,还为促进全球环境治理贡献了中国智慧和中国方案,具有国内国际双重意义。 |

| Realizing carbon peak and carbon neutrality is an important part of Xi Jinping 's ecological civilization thought. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has insisted on coordinating the overall domestic and international situation, putting the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in a very important strategic position. He published a series of important statements about the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, which contain rich and profound value implications. This is embodied in the theoretical innovation value of deepening the understanding of the development law of human society, the action guide value of guiding the goal of carbon peak, and the world leading value of adjusting and reshaping the global environmental governance system. In the process of global carbon emission reduction, this important discussion not only provides fundamental guidance for China to achieve the highest reduction in carbon emission intensity and achieve the "double carbon" goal as scheduled, but also contributes China 's strength to promoting global environmental governance. It has both domestic and international significance. |
