数字经济对中国省际大气环境效率的影响研究

摘要:
基于2012—2020年中国30个省份的面板数据,利用超效率SBM-DEA模型计算各省份大气环境效率,并构建面板Tobit模型验证数字经济发展对大气环境效率的影响。研究结果显示:考察期内,中国大气环境效率整体偏低,且效率值较为平稳,始终保持在0.6~0.7之间;不同区域大气环境效率差异显著,东部地区最高,中部和西部地区低于全国平均水平;数字经济对大气环境效率有显著正向影响。进一步研究发现:数字经济发展对西部和东部地区的大气环境效率有显著提升作用,对中部地区作用不明显。基于此,提出制定差异化的环境发展及数字经济发展策略、优化产业结构的建议。

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy on Atmospheric Environmental Efficiency

Abstract:
This study utilizes panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China from 2012 to 2020 to analyze the atmospheric environmental efficiency across different regions. The Super Efficiency DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model is applied to calculate the environmental efficiency for each province and city, while a panel Tobit model is constructed to explore the impact of the development of the digital economy on atmospheric environmental efficiency. The results show that the overall atmospheric environmental efficiency in China remained relatively low throughout the period, consistently ranging between 0.6 and 0.7, with little variation. Significant regional disparities were observed, with the eastern region exhibiting the highest atmospheric environmental efficiency, while the central and western regions had values below the national average. Furthermore, the study reveals a significant positive correlation between the development of the digital economy and atmospheric environmental efficiency. Further analysis indicates that the digital economy positively affects the atmospheric environmental efficiency in the eastern and western regions, but its influence in the central region is not statistically significant. Based on these findings, the article proposes several policy recommendations aimed at improving atmospheric environmental efficiency.
