| 长期执政规律是执政党在执政实践中为实现执政目标所必须遵循的内在的、稳定的必然联系。建党百余年来,中国共产党逐渐探索了以坚持党的全面领导、坚持执政为民、坚持推进理论创新和坚持全面从严治党四个方面为核心要义的长期执政规律。深化对长期执政规律的认识,是中国共产党认识执政方位、巩固执政基础、优化执政环境、提升执政能力的关键之举。在新的历史条件下,要坚持党的全面领导,建设经得起各种风浪考验的“领导型”政党；践行人民至上,建设赢得人民衷心拥护的“服务型”政党；推进“两个结合”,建设始终走在时代前列的“创新型”政党；勇于自我革命,建设朝气蓬勃的“革命型”政党,进而实现党的长期执政。 |

| The law of long-term governance is the inherent, stable, and necessary connections that the ruling party must adhere to in its governance practices to achieve its governance objectives. Since its founding over a century ago, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has gradually explored the law of long-term governance, with its core tenets including adhering to the Party 's overall leadership, governing for the people, promoting theoretical innovation, and exercising rigorous self-governance in every respect. Deepening the understanding of the law of long-term governance is crucial for the CPC to comprehend its governing position, consolidate its governing foundation, optimize its governing environment, and enhance its governing capabilities. Under the new historical conditions, it is essential to uphold the Party 's overall leadership to build a "leadership-oriented" party that can withstand all tests; to practice putting the people first to build a "service-oriented" party that wins the people 's wholehearted support; to advance the "two combinations" to build an "innovation-oriented" party that always stays ahead of the times; and to demonstrate the courage to self-reform to forge a "revolution-oriented" party full of vitality, thereby achieving the Party 's long-term governance. |
