| 基于2004—2022年全国30个省份的面板数据,构建了涵盖产业结构调整、能源低碳转型、清洁高效生产和绿色技术创新4个维度的工业绿色转型指标体系,运用熵权法对中国工业绿色转型效果指数(IGTEI)进行了测度,并系统分析了其时空演变特征。研究发现:从全国层面看,IGTEI总体呈平稳上升趋势,其中绿色技术创新指数(GTII)增长最为显著,能源低碳转型指数(LCETI)次之,产业结构调整指数(ISAI)虽稳步推进但增速较缓,清洁高效生产指数(CEPI)则在阶段性波动中略有下降;分项指标结果显示,ISAI高值区域数量明显增加导致区域差距拉大,LCETI分布由低值集聚趋向高值分散,GTII快速提升并呈现“强者愈强”态势,而CEPI地区差异先缩后扩。从区域层面看,IGTEI呈现出鲜明的“东高西低”空间格局,东部持续增长并保持领先地位,而中西部及东北地区增长较为缓慢;省际工业绿色转型存在显著空间正相关性,地理空间上表现出“高—高”和“低—低”的集聚特征,揭示了省际工业绿色转型进程的空间互动效应与区域协同性。 |

| This study, based on panel data from 30 provinces in China spanning 2004-2022, constructs an indicator system for industrial green transformation encompassing four dimensions:industrial structure adjustment, low-carbon energy transition, clean and efficient production, and green technological innovation. The entropy weight method is applied to measure the industrial green transformation effect index (IGTEI), with its spatio-temporal evolution and regional characteristics systematically examined. The findings reveal that national IGTEI exhibits a steady upward trend, with the green technological innovation index (GTII) showing the most significant growth, followed by the low-carbon energy transition index (LCETI). The industrial structure adjustment index (ISAI) progresses steadily yet slowly, while the clean and efficient production index (CEPI) grows amid periodic fluctuations However, at the regional level, IGTEI displays a "high in the east, low in the west" spatial pattern with the Eastern provinces maintaining sustained growth and a leading position in IGTEI, while the other regions lagging with slower growth. Moreover, provincial industrial green transformation demonstrates significant positive spatial correlation, characterized by "high-high" and "low-low" clustering patterns, indicating clear spatial spillover effects and regional synergies. |
