| 基于中国30个省份2003—2019年的面板数据,依照发展模式将30个省份划分为“发达数字经济型”“均衡发展型”“欠发达追赶型”模式,深入分析数字技术对全要素碳排放效率(TFCEE)影响的作用机制。研究发现:数字技术对TFCEE长期具有促进作用,却存在“短期抑制效应”;在不同发展模式下,数字技术对TFCEE的影响呈现出显著差异,“发达数字经济型”区域受“数字碳锁定”效应制约呈现短期抑制,均衡发展型区域表现出弱促进作用,欠发达追赶型区域则效应不显著;经济发展水平兼具门槛与调节双重功能,当跨越临界值后,数字技术对TFCEE的影响由抑制转为促进,且调节效应存在区域异质性。研究有助于理解数字技术对TFCEE影响的复杂机制,为区域数字化布局和经济绿色发展提供参考。 |

| Heterogeneity of the Impact of Digital Technologies on Regional Total-Factor Carbon Emission Efficiency in China |

| This study uses panel data for 30 Chinese provinces from 2003 to 2019, classifying the provinces into three typical modes,namely, developed digital-economy type,balanced development type and underdeveloped catch-up type.On this basis,it analyzes the impact of digital technologies on total-factor carbon emission efficiency (TFCEE ) and the heterogeneity in both spatial and mechanism dimensions.The study finds that, overall, digital technologies have a "short-term inhibiting effect" on TFCEE and the main causes are high energy consumption of digital infrastructure,energy rebound effects, and high-carbon path dependence.However, this impact differs significantly across development modes. Developed digital-economy regions are constrained by a "digital carbon lock-in" effect and exhibit short-term inhibition;balanced development regions show a weak promoting effect due to better technology-industry fit;while underdeveloped catch-up regions show no significant effect because of weak digital foundations.Economic development level is a key moderating variable,working through two paths of optimization of factor allocation and adaptation of the policy environment,and the moderating effect in the eastern region is significantly stronger than in the central and western regions.Economic development level plays a dual role as both a threshold variable and a moderating variable:after crossing a critical threshold, the effect of digital technologies on TFCEE shifts from inhibition to promotion,with regional heterogeneity in the moderating effect.This study helps understand the complex mechanism through which digital technology affects TFCEE and provides references for regional digitalization strategies and green economic development. |
