| 能源合作作为高质量共建“一带一路”的核心支柱,战略价值极其重要。南高加索三国地处欧亚大陆交界处,是共建“一带一路”的重要节点。中国与南高加索三国在能源领域的合作需求具有高度契合性,双方在油气贸易、基础设施互联互通、工程服务与装备制造等领域都已形成良好的合作态势,构成了深化合作的坚实根基。从生成机理和核心维度双重视角解析协同逻辑,全球能源转型与区域安全需求构成外部驱动,经济发展与能源安全诉求形成内部动因,政策共识与合作平台提供协同条件；协同的核心维度体现在能源供需结构、地缘战略安全以及经济发展阶段三个层面的深度协同。应从深化互信构建能源命运共同体、完善合作平台与融资保障、突出重点务实推进项目等方面构建实现路径,推动双方能源合作迈向更高水平。 |

| China 's Energy Cooperation with the Three South Caucasus Countries under the Belt and Road Initiative:Synergy Logic and Implementation Pathways |

| Energy cooperation, as a core pillar of high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, holds extremely significant strategic value. The three countries of the South Caucasus, located at the junction of Europe and Asia, have become important nodes in the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. China and the three South Caucasus countries have highly compatible cooperation demands in the energy sector. Both sides have developed sound cooperation momentum in fields such as oil and gas trade, infrastructure interconnection, engineering services and equipment manufacturing, which constitutes a solid foundation for deepening cooperation. Through analyzing the collaborative logic from the dual perspectives of generation mechanism and core dimensions, it is pointed out that global energy transformation and regional security demands constitute external drivers, while economic development and energy security demands form internal motivations. Policy consensus and cooperation platforms provide collaborative conditions. The core dimensions of collaboration are reflected in the deep coordination at three levels:energy supply and demand structure, geostrategic security, and economic development stage. The realization path is constructed from aspects such as deepening mutual trust to build an energy community with a shared future for mankind, improving cooperation platforms and financing guarantees, and highlighting priorities to pragmatically advance projects, to promote energy cooperation between the two sides to a higher level. |
