数字化转型赋能新质生产力——理论分析与微观证据

摘要:
基于扩展生产函数理论框架,运用一般均衡分析方法探讨数字化转型对企业全要素生产率(TFP)的影响,并利用2012—2022年多期投入产出表与工业上市公司匹配数据进行实证检验。研究发现:数字化转型显著提升企业TFP,且促进作用呈现明显的边际报酬递增与门槛效应。机制分析表明:数字化转型通过“技术跃迁—要素协同—效能激活”三重路径推动生产力变革,揭示了其赋能新质生产力跃迁的内在机理。异质性分析显示:该赋能效应在国有企业、大型企业、沿海地区企业以及低集中度行业企业中更为显著。因此,应构建差异化的数字化转型支持体系,深化数据要素市场化配置改革,推行精准分层的分类施策策略,以促进不同类型企业向新质生产力协同转型。

Digital Transformation Empowers New Quality Productivity: Theoretical Analysis and Micro Evidence

Abstract:
Based on the theoretical framework of the extended production function, this study employs a general equilibrium analysis approach to examine the impact of digital transformation on firms total factor productivity (TFP). Empirical testing is conducted using matched data from multi-period input-output tables and industrial listed companies spanning 2012-2022. The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly enhances firms TFP, with the promoting effect exhibiting pronounced increasing marginal returns and threshold effects. Mechanism analysis demonstrates that digital transformation drives productivity advancement through three pathways:"technological leap, factor synergy, and efficiency activation". These pathways uncover the underlying mechanisms by which digital transformation empowers the transition toward new quality productive forces. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that this enabling effect is more pronounced among state-owned enterprises, large-scale enterprises, coastal-region enterprises, and enterprises operating in low-concentration industries. Accordingly, this study recommends establishing a differentiated support system for digital transformation. It further calls for deepening market-oriented allocation reforms for data factors and implementing precise, tiered policy strategies to facilitate the coordinated transition of diverse types of enterprises toward new quality productive forces.
