| 新能源高质量发展不仅是习近平生态文明思想的重要组成部分,而且是习近平能源安全战略的具体安排部署,对于全面建设社会主义现代化国家具有重要意义。党的十八大以来,习近平高度重视能源绿色低碳转型工作,坚持把新能源高质量发展摆在推进中国式现代化建设的基础性位置,围绕新能源高质量发展发表了一系列重要论述。习近平关于新能源高质量发展的重要论述,立意高远,内涵丰富,思想深刻,涵盖重大意义、科学内涵、实践要求等众多原创性贡献,创造性回答了“为什么推动新能源高质量发展、什么是推动新能源高质量发展、怎么样推动新能源高质量发展”的基本理论和实践问题,是新时代新征程上谋划和推进新能源高质量发展工作的根本遵循和行动指南。 |

| The high-quality development of new energy is not only an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, but also a concrete strategic deployment under Xi Jinping 's energy security strategy. It is of great significance to building a modern socialist country in all respects. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the green and low-carbon transition of energy. He has consistently placed the high-quality development of new energy at the foundation of advancing Chinese modernization, and has delivered a series of important discourses on this subject.Xi Jinping 's important expositions on the high-quality development of new energy are far-sighted in vision, rich in substance, and profound in insight. They encompass numerous original contributions across such areas as its great significance, scientific underpinnings, and practical requirements. Creatively addressing the fundamental theoretical and practical questions of why we must pursue the high-quality development of new energy, what it entails, and how to advance it, these expositions serve as the fundamental guideline and guide to action for planning and promoting the high-quality development of new energy on the new journey in the new era. |
