| 依法执政是政治文明的必然要求和时代体现。政治文明主要包括政治主体文明、政治意识文明、政治制度文明、政治行为文明等构成要素；政治文明与依法执政的内在关系决定了依法执政的各个构成要素如依法执政主体、依法执政理念、依法执政体制、依法执政方式等都必须体现政治文明的要求。但是,在我国,依法执政与政治文明的关系具有一定的特殊性,二者之间不是一般的单向要求,而是一种双向互动关系；作为执政党的中国共产党是我国政治文明建设的领导力量,政党文明对整个社会的政治文明具有很大的推动作用；因此,依法执政,建设社会主义政治文明,要正确理解党的领导、依法执政、政治文明三者之间的特殊关系,既要遵循人类政治文明发展的一般规律,更要理论联系实际、尊重中国的现实国情。 |

Political civilization mainly consists of the civilized political subject, idea, system and action, each of which has a essential demand for the idea, system and model of ruling by law accordingly. Building social political civilization and reigning by law need to integrate theory with practice of China. |
