| 改革开放以来,中国的经济建设取得了举世公认的成就,但经济增长方式比较粗放,实现经济快速增长付出的代价过大。中国共产党十七大报告在全面把握中国经济发展规律的基础上,从当前的发展实际出发,将“转变经济增长方式”改为“转变经济发展方式”。这种改动使其内涵发生重大变化,这是中国共产党对经济发展规律认识的又一次飞跃,对中国现代化建设有重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| Since the reform and opening, China has acquired acknowledged achievements in economic construction, but the economic increasing mode is comparatively extensive, and the cost of quick economic increasing is overlarge. Upon comprehensively holding the rules of economic development, the report of the 17th Party 's Congress alters "transforming economic increasing mode" to "transforming economic developing mode". The great alteration of connotation is another improvement of our party in cognition of the rules of economic development, which has great significance for modern construction of China. |
