| The precondition of constructing the operational system of democratic governance of the Chinese Communist Party is to establish the scientific governable concept and adhere to the correct guiding principles. The construction of the operational system of democratic governance should be started by establishing the four components:formation system, operational system, supervision system and evaluation system. On the other hand, measures should also be taken to ensure the effective work of operational system of democratic governance of the Party. |
