| The new generation of central collective leadership, with Hu Jintao as the general secretary, put forward the new "people" thought and specific practical approaches to provide practice guide for strengthening and improving Party building and fulfilling the purpose of serving the people heart and soul better on the basis of exercising power for the people, showing concern for the people and bringing benefit to the people. The practical approaches of Hu Jintao 's "people" thought is:positively promoting the economic construction, meeting the people 's material demand, promoting the political construction, guaranteeing the people's political rights, promoting the cultural construction and enriching people 's spiritual life, promoting the social construction and improving people 's livelihood. |
