| There are many barriers in the field of higher education as the same as women in other workplaces, such as the embarrassment faced in the early entry, the bottlenecks encountered in the promotion process and so on. Combined with the status quo of China 's higher education, the effective ways are explored to break the barriers in women 's career development, among which a solid academic foundation is the basis, excellent leadership is the cutting edge, science promotion system is the guarantee and harmonious cultural environment is the fundamental. |
