| 科技成果转化是实现“知识外溢”的关键过程,研究中将此过程进行深度的剖析,划分为三个阶段,有针对性地选取各阶段具有代表性的相对指标,通过协整检验和建立误差修正模型,表明第二阶段也即技术市场交易阶段对中国经济增长的负向影响最为显著,再将该阶段指标作用机理划分为两个层面进行根源性分析后认为,中国应完善科技成果转化融资机制,健全技术服务市场。 |

| Scientific and technological achievement conversion is the key process of realizing knowledge spillover. The paper analyzes this process in depth, and then the process is divided into three stages. In each stage, relative indexes are selected. Through cointegration test and error correction model, it is proved that the second stage that is technology market transactions has the most significant negative impact on economic growth. The mechanism of the second stage is divided into two aspects and root cause analysis is made on this. The paper proposes to improve the financing mechanisms of scientific and technological achievement conversion, and perfect our technology services market. |
