| 加强山东半岛蓝色经济区的海岛保护,是实施国家海洋战略、维护国家海洋权益的重要保障,是实现山东半岛蓝色经济区可持续发展的迫切需要。山东半岛蓝色经济区的海岛保护存在着海岛的基础条件较差、海岛保护开发的水平较低、海岛保护开发的法律制度不完善、海岛的生态系统功能遭到破坏等问题。加强山东半岛蓝色经济区海岛保护的对策是:贯彻执行山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划中国家对海岛开发保护的有关规定,把握海岛保护优先的基本原则,加大海岛保护开发投入的力度,将海岛保护纳入法制化的轨道等。 |

| Abstract: |
| Enhancing the protection of the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula is not only the important safeguard of carrying out maritime strategy and maintaining relevant rights and interests, but also the urgent need of sustainable development. There are several problems which hinder the progress of the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula, such as poor basic conditions and development level of peninsula protection, imperfect legal system and damaged ecosystem. The countermeasures which may help to solve the above problems will be:implementing the provision of developing and protecting the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula, grasping the basic principle of island conservation priorities, increasing the input of inland protection and perfecting the law and so on. |
