America 's political culture is the driving force of the formation and development of its South China Sea Policy, stipulating the pragmaticism of the policy instruments and concealing the policy goals. Therefore, the political culture of the United States determines the essence of its South China Sea Policy on a deeper level, thereby having a more profound and long-lasting effect on its South China Sea Policy. |
