| 工程精神和工程意识是以工程实践为基础的认知、情感和意志的统一,是工程活动的精神动力,是优秀工程科技人才必备的工程素质。但是,在传统的教育体系下,中国的高等工程教育仍存在一些问题,大学生在品格、知识、智能结构上存在一些缺陷。因此,高校工程教育应致力于改革,加强对大学生工程精神和工程意识的培养,在“大工程观”理念指导下,通过拓宽专业方向、完善课程体系、加强人文精神教育、建立合理有效的培养机制、加强实践教学环节、营造良好的工程教育氛围,培养社会所需的具有优秀工程素质的人才。 |

| Abstract: |
| The spirits and consciousness of engineering are the unity of cognition, emotion and volition, based on engineering practice, which is intellectual impetus of engineering activity, and absolutely necessarily engineering quality of excellent technology engineering talents. However, according to the traditional education system, there exists various problems in high education of engineering, such as college students are confronted with some defects of personal character, knowledge and intelligent structure. Therefore, high education of engineering should be engaged with reformation to strengthen college students spirits and consciousness of engineering. For training excellent engineering talents, under the guidance of the concept of grand engineering, the professional engineering direction should be extended, and the curriculum system should be improved, and the humane spirit education should be strengthened, the reasonable and effective training mechanism should be built, and the practice teaching should be strengthened, and the better engineering education atmosphere should be built. |
