| 致密油气资源在中国开发潜力巨大,是中国目前最重要的一种非常规油气资源。如何对中国致密油气田进行低成本有效开发,保障国家能源安全,是当前中国油气田面临与亟待解决的重大问题。鄂尔多斯盆地作为中国第二大盆地,致密油气资源储量丰富,对其开发策略研究具有较强代表性。基于成本效益、技术特征等的分析可看出,鄂尔多斯盆地致密油气田开发中存在一定困难,但也取得了一定成效。中国应从技术创新、管理创新、政策扶持三方面来降低致密油气田的开发成本。 |

| Tight oil-gas reservoirs have great potentials in exploration and are currently the most important type of unconventional hydrocarbon resources in China. How to develop tight oil-gas reservoirs effectively with low-cost, ensuring national energy security, is a serious problem that should be solved immediately. Ordos Basin, as China 's second largest basin, has rich tight oil-gas reservoirs. It is very typical and characteristic of the strategies of exploitation. Based on the analysis of cost-effectiveness and its technical features, there exist some problems for exploring tight oil-gas reservoirs in Ordos Basin, but some success has also been achieved. China should reduce the cost of exploring tight oil-gas reservoirs from technological innovation, management innovation and the support of national policies. |
