| 大工程观是以综合理性为主导的教育理念,是将科学、技术、经济、社会、环境生态、文化以及审美艺术、伦理道德等价值观整合起来指导工程实践的一种教育模式。在此理念下培养的工程人才要具备深厚的工程素质、广博的综合知识背景、良好的人文素质和较强的社会活动能力,高等工程教育的人才培养要通过改革课程体系、强化实践教学、开展科技创新活动、加强学生非智力因素培养、提高教师工程实践能力等途径加以落实。 |

| Abstract: |
| The concept of large-scale engineering is dominated by integrated rational philosophy of education, is the scientific, technical, economic, social, environmental, ecological, cultural, and aesthetic values of art, ethics and integration to guide the engineering practice education model. Nurturing engineering talents based on this philosophy needs profound engineering qualities, extensive general knowledge background, good human qualities and social skills, and talent cultivation of higher engineering education should be done through curriculum reform, strengthening the practice teaching, scientific and technological innovation activities, cultivating non-intelligence factors and engineering practical ability of teachers so as to improve such implementation. |
