| 山东制造业处于转型升级的关键时期,亟待对其进行科学客观的评价。首先,将相关制造业评价理论及方法与山东制造业现状及问题相结合,构建由4个核心指标和24个子指标组成的山东制造业评价指标体系;其次,在大量统计数据的基础上运用因子分析法从经济效益、制造技术、管理模式、发展模式和综合能力五个方面对山东制造业各行业进行全面评价;再次,在评价数据的基础上运用聚类分析法对现有各行业分类归纳出发展特征;最后,在综合分析得出的结论基础上对山东制造业整体和分类转型升级提供对策和建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Shandong manufacturing is in the critical period of transformation and upgrading. It 's an urgent need to provide objective evaluation and upgrading strategies to adapt to the circumstances. This article builds an evaluation index system consisting of 4 core manufacturing indicators and 24 sub-indicators based on relevant manufacturing theory and Shandong manufacturing status quo. Based on lots of statistic data, this paper uses factor analysis to evaluate the Shandong manufacturing industry from the economic benefits, manufacturing technology, management, development patterns and comprehensive capacity, and cluster analysis is made to summarize the characteristics of various types of manufacturing industries. Finally this paper provides countermeasures and advices for the overall and classified Shandong manufacturing upgrading strategies based on the conclusion through the comprehensive analysis. |
