陈云在历史转折时期的干部队伍建设思想

摘要:
陈云在中国革命和建设发展的转折时期,提出了许多有价值的干部队伍建设思想,如抗日战争时期,他提出了干部队伍革命化的思想;新中国建立初期,他提出了干部队伍专业化的思想;改革开放时期,他提出了干部队伍年轻化的思想。他的上述思想具有很强的实践性和针对性。

Abstract:
Chen Yun has much valuable thinking about the building of the Cadre Contingent, especially in the historical abrupt turn period of China's socialist revolution and construction. For example, during the War of Resistance Against Japan, he put forward the thought that the cadre contingent should be both loyal and trustworthy to the Communist Party. In the early stage of the new Chin, he pointed out that it is very important for the cadre contingent to have a high level of specialization. In the stage of reform and opening up, he also offered some proposals about making the cadre contingent younger. All of his thoughts are of great practicality and pertinence.
