| Chen Yun has much valuable thinking about the building of the Cadre Contingent, especially in the historical abrupt turn period of China's socialist revolution and construction. For example, during the War of Resistance Against Japan, he put forward the thought that the cadre contingent should be both loyal and trustworthy to the Communist Party. In the early stage of the new Chin, he pointed out that it is very important for the cadre contingent to have a high level of specialization. In the stage of reform and opening up, he also offered some proposals about making the cadre contingent younger. All of his thoughts are of great practicality and pertinence. |
