| 分工理论在马克思主义理论体系中占据着十分重要的位置。通过对马克思和恩格斯经典文本的解读,可以看出:私有制、分工和阶级不是简单的单向度决定关系,而是双向互动关系;交换、分工和联合之间既有联系又有区别,对应着不同的人类社会发展形态;联合作为与共产主义相适应的社会组织形式,它包含着人与自然、人与人、人与自身的和谐统一关系。 |

| Abstract: |
| The divisional theory has an important position in Marxist theory system. Through studying the classical text of Marx and Engels, the paper points out: Private ownership, division and class are not a simple unidirectional decided relation, but a mutual interaction. Exchange, division and union are both relations and differences, corresponding to different human social development forms. As one social organization form adapting to Communism, union contains the harmonious relations among people and nature, people and people, people and themselves. |
