| 虽然阿富汗的油气资源储量不大,但其地理位置十分重要,直接影响中国西侧境外能源通道的安全。中阿油气合作刚刚起步,但两国政治关系良好、经济上的互补性强,两国的油气合作前景广阔。阿富汗国内的经济、安全、行政法律环境以及中国企业所面临的经营压力,使合作面临不少挑战。对中阿油气合作的优势和面临的挑战进行分析,制定相应的对策,有助于深化中阿关系,维护中国在阿的利益。 |

| Abstract: |
| Although Afghanistan holds a little oil and natural gas reserves, its strategic location is very important, which has a direct impact on the security of the overseas energy channel of the west side of China. Now, oil cooperation between China and Afghanistan just began, but the cooperation has broad prospects, based on favorable political relation and economic complementarity. However, the cooperation between China and Afghanistan is facing a lot of challenges, such as the risks associated with economy, security, administration and law and Chinese oil companies defects. Analyzing the advantages and the problems of the Sino-Afghanistan oil cooperation and then proposing appropriate countermeasures are helpful to further Sino-Afghanistan relations and protect Chinese interests in Afghanistan. |
