论转型环境下中国高校出版社的发展战略

摘要:
随着市场经济的深入发展和国际化进程的不断加快以及新媒体技术的广泛应用,高校出版社面临的环境日益复杂,其中既有有利因素,也存在着诸多挑战。在此背景下,中国的高校出版社必须结合自己的特点,采取差异化战略、多元化战略、聚焦战略和协同战略,以谋求更大的发展空间。为实施上述战略,中国高校出版社必须大力培育自己的核心竞争力,认真规划战略目标,进行组织结构变革,加强企业文化建设等。

Abstract:
With the further development of market economy and accelerated internationalization as well as wide application of new media technologies, the university presses in China are facing increasingly complex environment, which carries both opportunities and challenges. Under such circumstances, the Chinese university press must adopt differential strategies, diversification strategies, focus strategies and cooperative strategies based on its own characteristics to seek further development. To implement these strategies, the Chinese university press must take great efforts to foster its core competitiveness, outline strategic objectives, reform its organizational structure and strengthen the construction of enterprise culture.
