资源型城市E-E-S复合系统脆弱性评价研究

摘要:
在分析复合系统脆弱性的基础上,运用熵值法及理想解(TOPSIS)法构建涵盖经济、环境、社会三个子系统多个敏感性及应对能力指标的资源型城市E-E-S复合系统脆弱性评价模型,并以东营为例进行实证分析。结果表明,10年来,东营市E-E-S复合系统的脆弱性均在不断地波动之中,其社会子系统脆弱性呈现逐年下降趋势,经济子系统脆弱性呈现“倒U型”特征,环境子系统脆弱性居高不下,这是东营市E-E-S复合系统脆弱性的主要诱因。

E-E-S Composite System Vulnerability Assessment of Resource-based Cities

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of composite system vulnerability, the paper uses entropy and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) method to build the vulnerability assessment model of resource cities E-E-S composite system, which covers the economy, society and environment sub-systems. And a case study is taken of Dongying City, whose results show that the vulnerability of the E-E-S composite system has been in constant fluctuation in the past 10 years. The society system vulnerability has been decreasing year by year, the economy system vulnerability has been showing the characteristic of inverted U-shape while the environment system vulnerability has been always in high level in the past 10 years, which has been the key cause of the composite system vulnerability in Dongying City.
