| 高等教育事业是党的事业的重要组成部分,高校基层党支部在推动这项事业向前发展中发挥着重要作用。当前,在党要管党、从严治党以及高等教育日趋国际化的大背景下,高校党支部工作存在着诸多不适应的地方。新形势下加强高校党支部建设,必须加强顶层设计,强化垂直领导和党政协同,加强制度建设,注重对支部书记的培养培训,同时要有一定的经费保障。只有这样,才能确保高校基层党支部工作健康、有序、高效运转,为高校各项事业的健康发展提供坚实的组织保证。 |

| The higher education is an important part of the cause of the party and the basic-level party branches in colleges and universities play an increasingly important role in promoting the development of the cause. At present, in the overall background of stricter party self-management and increasingly internationalized higher education environment, many unadaptive situations exist in colleges and universities party branches works. To enhance the party branches construction, college and universities must improve the thoughtful design on the top level, enhance the vertical leadership system and the coordination of party and government, strengthen construction of system, emphasize the training of branch secretary and provide certain financial support meanwhile. Only by this, it can be guaranteed that the party branches works stay healthy, well-organized and efficient, and provide solid organizational warrant for the healthy development of various affairs of colleges and universities. |
