| 中国生态文明战略思想是中国共产党人在坚持马克思主义基本原理的前提下,应用马克思主义生态思想解决生态环境问题的具体体现,是马克思主义中国化的最新成果。中国的生态文明建设始终坚持以人为本,不同于西方的生态中心主义;中国马克思主义的生态文明思想始终以实践为导向,以马克思主义的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为旨归,不同于西方的生态学马克思主义的空想色彩和对马克思主义的偏离倾向。中国马克思主义真正做到了把马克思主义的生态思想融入生态文明建设中。中国的生态文明战略区别于西方的生态主义和生态学马克思主义的特点是:指导思想先进性带来的深刻性,制度优越性带来的实践性,政党组织广泛性带来的全民性,从国情出发切合中国实际的有效性。执政党的领导、先进思想的指引、广大党员的带头作用、全民的积极参与、国家宏观调控手段的综合使用,是中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的与众不同之处。当然,中国马克思主义的生态文明战略思想还需要在中国特色社会主义的建设进程中进一步发展和完善。 |

| Abstract: |
| The ecological civilization in China is the concrete representation of Chinese communists application of Marxist ecological thought in solving ecological environment problems. It is the latest achievement of localization of Marxism in China. Different from Western ecosystem centre doctrine, ecological civilization construction in China is people-oriented. Different from Western Ecological Marxism characterized by fantasy, the ecological civilization of Chinese Marxism is practice-oriented. The strategy of ecological civilization in China has the following advantages:profoundness；practicality; effectiveness; involvement of all the people. The strong leadership of the ruling party, guidance of advanced thought, leading role of communist party members, and active involvement of all the people make the socialist ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics all the different. The ecological civilization of Chinese Marxism shall be developed and perfected in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
