| 近年来,大学生创新创业工作成效显著,但依然受到创业政策不健全、人才培养不系统、社会支持不充分等诸多因素的制约。在“大众创业、万众创新”背景下,如何为大学生构建创业支持体系已成为当前“双创”工作中亟待解决的现实课题。政府、高校、社会、企业和大学生是构成大学生创业支持体系的重要组成部分。进一步发挥政府主导作用、强化高校教育功能、整合社会资源、挖掘人文情感支持资源、拓展朋辈互助渠道是健全大学生创业支持体系的有效途径。 |

| Abstract: |
| Recent years has seen remarkable results in college students innovation undertaking. However, there are still constraints like dysfunctional entrepreneurship policies, unsystematic talent cultivation, and insufficient social support, etc. Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation ", how to build a support system for college students has become a realistic subject to be solved currently. The government, universities, society, enterprise and college students are important parts of the entrepreneurial support system. The effective way to improve entrepreneurial support system is to further give full play to the government 's leading role, strengthen the educational function of colleges and universities, integrate social resources, mine humanities and emotional support, and expand channels of peer support, et al. |
