| 随着消费者环保意识的增强以及对绿色产品社会认同感的加深,制造企业需要将环境保护纳入到供应链管理中,进行绿色环保的产品生产和回收再制造。针对该需求,研究了消费者绿色需求引导下制造企业业务方式的变革,从生命周期角度设计了企业的绿色电子产品设计系统、生产制造系统以及回收再资源化系统,并且从加强政府领导管理、提高消费者环保意识及公众监督力度、加强制造企业绿色化运作三个方面提出了促进电子产品绿色生产、回收和再制造的策略建议。 |

| With the enhancement of consumers awareness of environmental protection and the deepening of social identity for green products, the manufacturers must incorporate environmental protection into supply chain management to produce and recycle green products. This paper studies the change of business mode of manufacturing enterprises under the guidance of green demand of consumers and designs the green electronic product design system, the production and manufacturing system and the recycling system from the perspective of life cycle. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote green production, recycling and remanufacturing of electronic products from three aspects:strengthening government leadership and management, improving consumers awareness of environmental protection and public supervision, enhancing enterprise 's sense of social responsibility, improving recycling channels and recycling methods. |
