| 近年来,中国石油院校的留学生教育工作发展迅猛,但由于历史较短,适合留学生特
点的培养方法尚处于探索阶段,存在着课程体系和教材体系建设滞后、教师队伍不适应、教学方
法与手段不够灵活等问题。提高石油院校留学生培养质量需要从课程体系建设兼具国际化和
中国特色、教材建设“三性冶化(即基础性、实用性和阶梯性)、教师队伍团队化、LBL 和PBL 教学
方法协同化等方面采取措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| In recent years, the education work for foreign students in petroleum institutions of China are developing very fast. However,
due to the short history of such work, the teaching method suitable for the foreign students still need to be explored and are not mature
yet. The main problems include the lagging of the course system and the textbooks, the difficulties of adaption for the teachers, and the
inflexibility of the teaching methods. Hence, to enhance the training quality of the foreign students in the petroleum institutes, the
following measures need to be taken: 1) the course system must be international and also have Chinese characteristics; 2) the
textbooks need to be fundamental, practical and also step-by-step; 3) the teachers need to collaborate with each other; 4) the LBL
(Lecture Based Learning) method and PBL (Problem Based Learning) method should be applied coordinately. |
