| As a security which involves the fundamental issue of subsistence and development of mankind, "species security" is established on the theoretic basis of the diversity and symbiosis of the human civilization and the fact of the intercalated appearance of the issues of the traditional security and non traditional security. China, as a developing accountable country, makes great contribution to the development and peace of the world by the way of "establishing harmonious world" in the course of suiting to the needs of the time development and the "species security". |
